Bayport-Bluepoint Foundation Annual Golf Tournament Honoring Peter E. Williams

We are fortunate to live in a community composed of so many caring individuals. Each year this Foundation’s Honoree committee is charged with culling through that list of hometown benevolent benefactors, to select one who emulates the characteristics that this organization most values: compassion; generosity; diligence; vision; humility... These same traits best define who our Goodwill person for 2024 is. The Bayport-Blue Point Foundation proudly announces that it will be honoring local businessman Mr. Peter E. Williams at its annual Fundraiser this September 16th. Peter has been a Bayport resident for over forty years, where he raised 4 children and now boasts 12 grandchildren. He has been a successful businessman with four patents credited to his name. He has shared this prosperity by being a long-time major contributor and supporter of this Foundation. He has also managed to carve time from his busy schedule to have been: a PTA Officer; a longstanding member of the Budget Advisory Committee who assist the Board of Education while comprising the District’s yearly operating expenses; a sitting board member of the Rollstone Foundation, aiding families adopting children with special and terminal needs worldwide; an active trustee of the Kris Kringle committee. He remains a familiar face often seen supporting many of this community’s activities, while purposely avoiding the spotlight. That is why you’re invited to come join us as we officially place Peter’s name onto our distinguished Honor Roll of local philanthropists, who have selflessly given of their time and talents.
